Alaskan Salmon Spread Recipe

Compliments of Capt. Rob Holston, owner of LighthouseExcursion.com, posing at left with Barbara's sister, Mollie Wakeman. He gave us a wonderful narrated trip. (See Barbara's photos here.)

One Can Wild Alaska Pink Salmon (14. oz)
One Tub of French Onion Dip (16 oz.)
One Tub of Philadelphia Cream Cheese Salmon Flavored
(8 oz. -- you may have to improvise here)

Mix these three ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl. Puree them by hand with a fork and serve. You may substitute other species of Wild* Alaskan Salmon, or you can use smoked Alaskan Salmon.

*All Alaskan Salmon is wild. Farming of salmon is illegal in Alaska.

Three very happy sisters! We had several good giggle sessions during the week that did wonders for our souls.
